Dow was one of the original founders that supported Allen Smith’s dream to start a nonprofit. He built on his experience as the founding Executive Director of nonprofit Apparo 20 years ago. As our Chairperson, Dow works closely with Melissa to move the mission forward. He is a tireless advocate for education and entrepreneurship.
